DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (the “LOPD”), we inform you that Trisanio S.L., with NIF B56259542, will be responsible for processing the personal data you provide within the framework of this Agreement.
The personal data processed will be retained for the duration of the current contractual relationship between Trisanio S.L. and the User, and subsequently will be kept, in a blocked state, for the time necessary to comply with any applicable legal obligations.
The legal basis for carrying out the aforementioned data processing is the execution and management of this agreement.
The first name, last name, phone number, and email address provided by the User will be transferred to Drop Point Systems S.L.U. for reservation management.
If your personal data also needs to be communicated to third-party providers, Trisanio S.L. will sign the corresponding data processing agreement with said providers to ensure that your personal data is processed by these third parties in accordance with the requirements and guarantees of the LOPD.
Furthermore, the User is informed that data processed through video surveillance will be processed for the purpose that motivated its installation, which is linked to guaranteeing the security of people, property, and facilities.
These recordings will be incorporated into files owned by Trisanio S.L. or authorized third parties for security purposes and for the legally established time, and will only be transferred to the competent authorities (Judges, Courts, or Security Forces and Bodies) if required or for the defense of the rights of Trisanio S.L. or the Users.
The User may exercise the following rights related to their personal data: Access; Rectification; Erasure; Restriction of processing; Data portability; and Objection.

The User has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if deemed appropriate.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Should any conflict or discrepancy arise in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, if applicable, will hear the matter, will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations on competent jurisdiction, which, in the case of end consumers, refers to the place of performance of the obligation or the domicile of the purchasing party.
All this is without prejudice to the Client’s right to resort to the Consumer Arbitration Board of their demarcation.
In the case of a sale made by a company, both parties submit to Spanish law and, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
