Cancellations and Refunds <\/h2>\n<p>The amount paid will only be refunded in the following cases: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cancellation in advance: Cancellations may be requested up until 11:59 p.m. on the day before the reservation begins. <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lack of availability for a larger locker: If the booked locker does not fit the customer&#8217;s luggage and a larger locker is required, but none is available at the premises. <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Immediate booking error: Requests submitted immediately after the booking has been made due to a mistake when selecting the number of lockers or the booking process. <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Technical issues attributable to the service: Technical or system failures that prevent access to the premises or the opening of the locker and cannot be resolved at the time.<br \/>Refund procedure: The customer must contact customer service via WhatsApp or by phone at +34 613 05 97 01, providing the location and the corresponding booking number. <\/p>\n<h2>2. Changes to a Reservation <\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Change of dates: A date change may be requested at no additional cost up until the day before the original booking date by contacting us via WhatsApp or by phone. <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Upgrade to a larger locker:<br \/>\uf0a7 This will be handled automatically through the link provided at the end of the booking confirmation email (where the access code is received).<br \/>\uf0a7 The system will calculate the difference in price, and the customer will only need to pay the additional amount corresponding to the new locker selected. <\/p>\n<h2>3. Additional Time and Late Collection <\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Customers must collect their belongings within the booked time slot. <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 If the booking time is exceeded, the customer will be charged a proportional amount for the additional time used, calculated according to the applicable hourly rate. <\/p>\n<h2>4.
